Help gtalk

how do i disable Gtalk, it keeps starting and running. I dont use it or need it. how can i permenately make it stop starting?

Don't think you can. For some reason, it is needed by the Market.

All I do is Log Out of the app and it stays logged out.

As for the keeping it from running, no idea, you can set up an auto-task killer and kill it.
