1. LG Drivers for Windows:
> LG Android Driver
> LG United Mobile Driver
2. Official LG P690 Stock ROM:
> To download Stock ROM, first you need to find your device's IMEI Number.
> Open the back cover of your phone, take the battery out, you'll find it there.
> Now click this link: Click Here
> In address bar, replace XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX with your IMEI.
> The URL will open an XML Page Source , copy the URL between <sw_url> and </sw_url>.
> Paste the URL into Address Bar, browser will ask to save the .kdz file. That is your Stock ROM.
3. KDZ Updater Utility: Download Here

-: Flashing the Stock ROM :-
======================
1. Install Both LG Drivers.
2. Extract KDZ Update Utility.zip
3. From the extracted contents, install msxml.msi (Microsoft XML Parser).
4. Restart your Computer.
5. Turn off the phone, after phone turns off completely, press and hold Power + Volume Up + Back buttons together until you see a yellow screen saying Emergency Mode!!!
6. If you have Windows 8/8.1, then Right-click KDZ_FW_UPD.exe, go to Compatibility Tab, set it to Windows 7 and press OK.
7. Run KDZ_FW_UPD.exe as Administrator.
8. Set Type: 3GQCT and PhoneMode: CS_EMERGENCY
9. In KDZ File, locate the KDZ file you downloaded.
10. Click Launch Software Update button.
11. Wait for ===FINISHED=== to appear.
12. Your phone will reboot, that's it.
13. You just re-flashed your phone, so Root access and Recovery Image are gone. You may want to Root it and install Recovery Image: Guide: Root and install ClockWorkMod custom recovery on LG P690
