Root [Guide] How to upgrade from ICE to JB (rooted)

If you can't upgrade to JB from ICE via OTA because you're rooted, then this might help.

First install this Super Stock Restore ROM
http://androidforums.com/rush-all-things-root/724711-rom-4-1-2-stock-super-stock-restore.html

Second install the MD5 update
http://androidforums.com/rush-all-things-root/782042-anyone-have-update_sph-m830_mb3_to_md5-zip.html

Then you'll have to reinstall Superuser if you want root.
