I have haier 9041 9inch tablet. It froze while using it, I turned it off and wit will not come back on? I am new to this group so I apologize if I didn't post correctly. Thanks you!!

I can't get it to run back on at all. I tried holding it down for 10 seconds and holding volume and power down at same time? Thanks
