Help Hard reset recovery help

Last night my phone start to crash and I found that the storages is 0 memory while my SD is still have some
memory

I try to do a hard reset it fail please help me.

A red triangle pop up and then it switch to a white screen

I'd never heard of UMX or Unimax until now, they're Chinese. Could be the firmware has become corrupted or damaged and it needs to be re-flashed. Think you'd have to contact Unimax for that.

Will my phone is not corrupted or damaged but I just want to reset the phone to factory because it brick on the boot screen

when I stop the power + volume down it the white screen come up

mikeddt you did great but your did not solve my problem will the problem was I did not know how to go the recovery menu psst I keep clicking the menu button next to the home button LOL
