Has anyone tried to use this?

Sprint HTC Hero Sync and Charge Desktop Charger with 2nd Battery Slot

What are the pros and cons to it? Is it worth buying? I'm really interested in a product similar to this.

I have one of these.

They work great. I would recommend one.

I now have three batteries for the hero, one in the phone (of course), then I always have an extra charged one on me and one in the charger at home.

The only annoying issue is that if there is no battery in the slot then the LED on the back flashed red/green constantly. If this is in your eyesight then it is annoying. Thought a bit of black tape cures this problem
