Help Haven't Received Promo Credits From Samsung

Hey all, bought my Note 8 Thursday and signed up for samsung's account and all but never recieved my watch on or play store credit yet. Anyone else have delays or should I reach out to samsung?
 
Have you registered on the samsung perks URL? Google "samsung perks" (sorry can't link a url yet)

I received an email saying that my Note 8 was registered when I signed up for Samsung Account on the device, but I had to register again on the link above.

This worked for me as well,even though I had previously registered my device.

yep..registering throughs samsung is not enough

you also have to register through their perks page
 
I bought mine in Canada, and there was a slip of paper with the $25 Google Play perk information on it. Available only in the US. I tried it anyway, with a friend's zip code, but the MAC address and serial number are not valid for the offer.

You should still be able to apply for the promotion and get the email.

Only thing is once you do, you can't redeem the credit because you are not in usa

Everyone else out of USA did get the email, they just can't apply it.

You shouldn't be getting an incorrect serial/wifi mac message
 
I received the credits, however, one of the credits was $50 digital credit for Samsung Hub. Only problem is Samsung hub shows incompatible with my Note 8.0. I'm in the US but can only get Hub to work on my S3... wth?? What is the point of the bigger screen if I'm stuck getting free movies on my phone...
