HDMI out/Tv out

Ok so i have been searching the forums for an answer to my questions but cannot seem to find anything definitive.

Does hdmi out/tv out work with any of the Internet browsers? Do any of the emulators support hdmi out/tv out? Is there any android device the supports tv out for its home screen and all apps? If not when will we get any of this?

Thank you for your help!

From what I understand, the hdmi implementations are locked down due to DRM HDCP restrictions; only certain apps work with HDMI like the built in gallery app. The regular TV out will work with everything. The Droid X won't even output youtube or blockbuster via HDMI

galaxy s line does support mirror image output.. meaning.. whatever you see on the phone u see on the tv.. the bad thing is that its not hdmi, you would use a standard rca cable (red white yellow) via the 3.5mm headset connector

yes, the Galaxy S will "mirror"
They are also coming out with a usb-hdmi adapter and it will be interesting to see if there are any DRM restrictions like those found on the EVO and Droid X
