Heeelp my sister's samsung tablet

I pushed the bottons "power"+ "volume up and down" to get in the recovery mode but I've found myself blocked in the phone test menu where there are the version, RF CALI, Backlight test, vibrator test...etc and I can't get out of it, there is no "back" and i can't remove the battery
The version of the android is:
sprdroid_base-user 2.3.5 MotorDroids 2.3.5 W12.20_P20.01 test-keys

Hold the power button down until it restarts (about 30 seconds or so).

Thank you for the response but i've held it for 60 sec and it didn't work

I found the tablet turned off, the battery went dead, I charged it and I restarted it and everything was back as normal
