Hello
I am craig and I live in Spain but i am from Leeds in the UK.
My new mobile, Samsung Galaxy Ace GT-S5830, bought in the UK, is using up my credit rapidly without my making any calls or sending texts. I connect to the internet using my Wi-Fi at home, via Ya.com broadband only.
I have turned off Packet data, data roaming and use only 2g networks in Settings, Wirless & networks, Mobile Netorks Menu.
My Sims is a Vodaphone PAYG which I have had for many years and had in my old phone. I live in Spain.
I have checked my balance by using *134# and my credit disappears daily and rapidly.
Can anyone help with this problem?
