Yesterday,I flashed ''Dark ROM'' and flashed its ''ics theme'',it's working fine and I could install titanium backup normally but I had to reflash the ROM for something and now,after re-flashing it,i can't install titanium backup ! the install stops and the phone partially reboot(like just at before the lockscreen appears).I think it can't find super user permission even that superuser app is there :/ I also made sure that super user is set on ''allow'',please help asap :/

You may have lost root.
Install Root Checker Basic, free, from Google Play to check that you are still rooted. See here:-
