Help Help me with my Samsung Galaxy Note 3

My case for the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Case S View Flip Cover Folio. When starting up right from the box, it looks like this, http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_galaxy_note_3-5665.php See the weather and time widget. It would show thru the window of the wallet case.

I've spent 3 days now trying to find an answer.

Watch this... It boils down to going to settings then Lockscreen.

The settings he has and shows aren't the same I see. Is there something I should install to work with this case?

I just checked on my buddies Note 3 with the S-View Folio. On his we had to swipe right with the case closed to get to the screen that lets you add Weather and the pedometer to the screen. You have to set up an S-health profile to get the pedometer to show. When he comes around again I'll try to figure out the color changes.
