Root Help!! Need to unroot and S-ON to return phone.

So the whole right side of my screen is now unresponsive. The touch sensor is screwed. Now I can't get into my phone because I can't perform the unlock pattern. I am still under warranty but I'm rooted with S-OFF. Im also not able to mount the phones disk drive. Am I screwed? Or is there still a way to return to factory settings?
