Received this phone as a gift and love it.... but not at the moment..... When I power off and then try to power on again, the phone freezes at the "Ideos" screen and will not budge. No amount of pushing buttons has assisted. Has happened twice now. The first time (and yes, I am no techno) I took the battery and sim card out, put the sim card into another phone, mucked around a bit and then put everything back into the Ideos. And voila, the phone turned on as it should. Not this time around. If this is something embarrassingly simple to remedy (I have tried to find a solution to this so I wouldn't have to post), I apologise, but I would really appreciate some assistance please? Thanks!
