Root Help Please. Need Stock 2.3.5 ROM.

I have a bit of a problem. I was having trouble with my Captivate and sent it off to SquareTrade for a warranty repair. When I sent it off, it had the stock Android 2.3.5, Baseband I897UCKK4 on it. It came back today and I found out they flashed it with Android 2.3.4, Baseband I897UCKH3. I tried to use Kies Mini to re-install 2.3.5, but Kies tells me it's detecting an unrecognized firmware and won't let me upgrade. So, without using Kies Mini, how can I get the stock Android 2.3.5 back on my Captivate? I assume I can use Odin or ClockworkMod to flash it. I just need the stock 2.3.5 ROM and some instructions.

You will need to put it back to I897UCJF6 (2.1) and then update with kies mini, first to 2.2 and then to 2.3.
