Root Help please

I asked tmobile to switch my phone because the usb port is loose and they said that has to be original. That means that it cant be a different ROM or have root right? If so then how can i change get rid of root. Rigth now I am using Bearsfan58 rom should i flash back to 1.6 oem then flash again the unroot file?
 
OK I found out that I am using Eugene's recovery. But i dont know what to do? SO I just flash back to stock right? But when i checked my phone status i says rooted@sep1 or something like that is it supposed to? Also do i flash the unroot file if so where do I put it in PDA?

Oh no.... i flashed back to stock but it still says root@sep-56 #1? ALSO when I turned my recovery on it still says bh_man how can I get rid of this so I wont have to pay 380$

If you have not had to warranty out your phone in the past, then you're going to need to flash the original 1.5 PDA. That's what I did when my sim card reader crapped out :-P

Can you please send me the link to download it? Also what can I do about the recovery thing where it says bh_man or will it be fixed when i go to 1.5 stock? By the warranty part you mean to switch phones right? If so then no.

Looks like if you search the site where the link is broken they have another link to the same file, just put T939UVJA3-Odin.zip in the search bar at the 4shared website.
