I'm new here and would appreciate some help. I have a Samsung Galaxy Rush and I have a problem. When I'm on the home screen and hit the power button to lock the phone, but not turn it off completely, I've taken notice that I can still receive and answer calls. I want to lock that somehow.

The only way to do that without tuelrning your phone off is to turn on airplane mode. You could put it on silent, but your lock screen isn't made for what you want.

Try using a pin/swipe lock,(to stop ppl from answering your phone or reading text). or maybe blocking mod. I really don't understand what you are trying to accomplish
