HELP Trying To Flash A ROM

I just got this phone. Finally managed to root it. Once I rooted it, first thing I wanted to do was put CM10 on it. Well I installed ROM Manager and when I tried to have it go into recovery and flash the ROM, it says "Secure booting Error! Cause : boot certification verify. Enter the fastboot... Enter the fastboot... Long time no see!"...

Huh?! Some help would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah stupid ICS bootloader is locked.

Well after you downgrade, re-root and install CWM, I recommend installing CWM Touch (Free): http://androidforums.com/lucid-all-things-root/719365-guide-cwm-touch-flashable-zip.html
