Root Help with Camera CM9

I'm running Dev's 3/20 version of CM9 which does not support front facing camera, and then accidentally switched to the front facing camera. Now I cannot switch back to back camera because the camera app has a black screen and then crashes whenever I open it. Clearing the Cache doesn't help. I really don't want to have to wipe everything and reinstall the ROM. Is there a command that I can use to change the camera preference without opening the app?

I wonder what would happen if you just flash the rom back over itself? Assuming you don't have a nand backup you could flash, already?

I don't know about this phone and roms but on my old evo that was a good way to untangle stuff.

It would restore stuff I had uninstalled and mess with some settings I had personalized, but it would get things back to working.

Might not hurt to make a nand and try it? I hope this helps. :)

I had the same thing happen to me when I tried to install Beats Audio. I didn't even think about clearing the camera data. I just re-flashed the ROM and that fixed it. I will try clearing camera data next time.
