help with making a usb adb google driver for RCA

I cant seem to make the modified inf file driver to install. Heres a link to the guide if someone can help

Not all drivers will work with all devices. (The changes made in that post just allow the driver you have to install when that device is plugged it, they don't make the driver itself work with that device if it wasn;t written to.) Try Koush Universal Driver If that doesn't work, contact the manufacturer and ask where you can download a USB driver for the device.

I tried to install with the device plugged in through the device manager, but the signature verification is invalid. And im going to try that driver, thanks for the link.
