(as long as you dont take anymore OTA's if they side with crapple yet again...) but imports will be banned.
so if they do add them to the ban list. What happens to users who already own them?
Does that mean that the devices cant be sold anymore or will users who own them also get affected?

We wont find out anything until Dec 6th. The patent that bothers me the most is the shape. I cant believe anyone would even grant that. There is so much more to this phone than pinch to zoom and local search. Maybe when apple comes out with their tv all the other manufactures will say sorry cant make it rectangular... Or we'll sue
You will have 14 days to make a pilgrimage to the Apple Temple in Cupertino, in sack-cloth and ashes, wailing and beating your breasts, on foot for the last 100 miles. If you fail to do so, you will be shackled and taken to nearby Alcatraz, where you will be thrown into a dungeon with the vilest of all criminals, the folks who have torn the tags off of their mattresses.
And that's a large market lost... You think this is no big deal? I guess we'll all be forced to buy Apple phones with their closed IOS, restricted everything, and we'll all move on eh?They won in America, so the ban is for the USA, for those who live anywhere else, it doesn't change much.
Most of the Samsung products found to have "infringed' Apple's patent were older devices no longer being sold. The list Apple presented to the court on Monday represent devices it believes are still being sold in U.S. stores, including several versions of the company's popular S2 phones introduced last year. Samsung's newest and hottest selling smartphone, the Galaxy S3, was not part of the lawsuit and is unaffected by the jury's verdict.
There is no way in hell I would have bought an iPhone, so Apple haven't lost anything.

And that's a large market lost... You think this is no big deal? I guess we'll all be forced to buy Apple phones with their closed IOS, restricted everything, and we'll all move on eh?This could destroy the whole Android system in ALL phones and we'll be stuck with microsofts garbage...
