I just got my Samsung Moment on Tuesday. Sprint told me I wasn't eligible for an upgrade till April 2011 when we just upgraded in July 09 so I broke down and spent the big bucks. I upgraded from a BlackBerry Curve 8330 which I loved except for the track ball.
So far I love this phone, only complaint I have is the battery life, but it has been getting a little better. I did some reading on here already and seen that most of it is just due to a stupid battery gauge. I seen there was a fix for it as well which envolves flashing the phone which I was fine doing till I seen I had to delete everything off my phone which I was not too happy about. It's bad enough Sprint didn't transfer my contacts, even though I used a app to transfer my contacts and I thought my calendar but that didn't transfer. I'll just deal with the battery for now, if it gets to bad I'll try another battery and then after that try the flash on the phone.
