Help Home button ignores any launcher

I know there are a few threads about this but I have not seen a definitive answer.

I have an xperia S and am playing about with different launchers.

However, it doesn't matter what launcher I choose, when I press the home button it takes me to the default xperia launcher home screen, not the one I was using.

Is there something simple I am missing with this?

Which ever launcher your using you want to set it as your default launcher in the app manager.

Ah, just found the app for the xperia launcher in the list. Removed defaults and set the new launcher as default.

Couldn't see it first few times, thanks.
