Root how can I root my motion without F*ing up image display, video .....

when followed Sammyz guide to root my motion it messed up my images, screen capture (vol<&>),video , games, camera would Launch but display a black screen with the buttons at the bottom.My photo gallery opens and had little blank folders the same with youtube but the video description would be there.
so I had to follow a post on how to unbrick it
I went back to factory (LGMS77010F

Any help would be much appreciated.I know a little bit about android from reading post but I am still new at this root obviously.
 
Rooting is a very simple process.

1) Find an exploit for your particular phone that gives you temporary root.

2) Get root.

3) Put su into /system/bin (which you can't do without having gotten root)

4) Optional - put busybox into /system/bin

5) Install a Superuser or SuperSU type app.

Nothing in there has anything to so with images, screen capture,video , games or camera. If you use a program that you run on your computer that supposedly gives you root on the phone, you have no idea what it's doint and it can mess up a lot more than what you had messed up.

The choice is either learn or risk, so if you don't want the risk, put

adb root lg motion

into a search engine. How TO Root LG Motion 4G seems to be a pretty sane method. Just stay away from any "one-click" methods that haven't been vetted by the experts.
