Help how do i perform an internal search on my SG5?

For your simulated internal or actual external SD card, you can do that with just about any file manager from the Play Store.
If you mean the reserved storage partitions for the operating system and your private data, there's absolutely no way unless the phone is rooted.

Oh ok. I didn't know I couldn't search for my own personal data, on my own phone. I never mentioned anything about rooting
I mentioned rooting because it's the only way you can do a full search.
Without administrator access (root) private data is private except to apps asking for specific permissions that you grant.
Otherwise your data wouldn't be private and that's why search won't work for everything.
