I rooted this weekend, I went for Villain 5.3 using the absolutely invaluable instructions from jUsT2eXy - A massive thanks mate!!

Yep - Fed up with waiting for HTC, I rooted and installed Stickman's SenseHero 2.1 on Thursday. Have since updated to v2 and flashed a couple of the fixes. Am VERY pleased with the new version and Stickman is VERY responsive with fixes.
Flashing was a very simple, painless operation thanks to the instructions on this site and on XDA. Thanks to all involved.
Loving 2.1, its WAY better than 1.5 and so far just as quick.

I've had my phone rooted for a good few months now, I was using Modaco 2.9, and was waiting for HTC to release their 2.1 so Paul could work his magic, but I got so annoyed with HTC for jerking us around and this week I installed the stickman ROM. VERY happy with it.
