how to change the lockscreen signature on the samsung galaxy rush???

I got this phone from a friend and its already set as something I cant figure out how to change it or take it off.. it shows up right underneath the date and time on the lockscreen only

Go into settings, then down to "lock screen" and last, "lock screen options"

After I get in lockscreen options what do I click on im not seeing anything
