Help how to completely wipe note 3?

I had a rooted note 3, and then i unrooted it. I did a hard reset and it still says the device mode is custom? How do i get rid of it?! Need it gone urgently

Hard resets wipe the user /data partition... but it doesn't overwrite the custom Recovery (TWRP or ClockworkMod). What you'll want to do is read, read, read, ask lots of questions, completely charge your phone and replace the custom Recovery with the stock Recovery. Then unroot it. Make sure that SuperSU is uninstalled and reset it again. You should be completely back to stock. You may even want to Odin back to stock. Hope this helps.
