how to enable Chinese on custom ROM?

My friend's Taiwan S2 was performing badly, so I installed a custom ROM (Wanam Lite). It works great, but there's no way to choose a Chinese interface from this ROM, which my friend would prefer. Supposedly, all the languages are there, just hidden, and there's an app called "Language Enabler" (from the ROM's developer) that allows enabling the other languages. The problem is that "Language Enabler" is only for more recent devices, not the S2, and my friend verifies that there's still no way to select a Chinese interface. Is there some other way to enable the Chinese interface on a custom ROM?
