htc evo is completely dead battery out and lost don't have a phone number what should I do plz help me I asked my family members went to recent places and cant find plz help me

I honestly am unsure of exactly what you are asking?
It sounds like your phone is missing the battery. Obviously it won't work without that, unless it's plugged into a power source.
Order a new battery online or take it into your carrier and ask for a new battery.
