Help how to get more free space on SD card

long story short .i have added only few music videos and games etc and its only 200-300 MB even though my 1 gb card shows almost full .there are many empty folders of un-installed aps .use cache cleaners but nothing good
any help would appreciate

Unfortunately there is not a lot I can advise. If you have cleared the cache of the various applications installed on the card then the only option left is the obvious one of deleting content sorry.
