Root how to install the ph44img.zip file

i have the ph44img.zip file downloaded but dont know how to install it on my phone. someone please help. the instructions are not clear to me

Place it on your sdcard, not in any folder. Just the root of your sdcard. Pull battery then hold volume down and power button. That should have you in hboot. It should then scan your sdcard and just go from there to install the recovery.

I did that but it doesnt load, it always says no image
