Try installing adobe flash player. Get the newest available version.
Adobe no longer supports mobile flash but you can find all the archived flash player versions here: Archived Flash Player versions
You will need to enable the ability to sideload apps in the settings:
settings>applications>unknown sources
Check the box to allow you to install apps that aren't on the play store.
