Root How to return to Verizon Stock

Newbie
I am a complete Noob to all of this.
I rooted my phone and placed a JB rom on it.
I thought I understood what I was doing and recently updated it to JB Build 4 - Releases - Releases - News
Im not happy with this.
I would like to restore my phone to factory, but none of the guides i have found are useful.
Can anyone help?
