Root How to root LG Ally 2.2.1 (Latest update)

I've been trying to remove the bloatware on my LG Ally and heard that you first must root your device. The only problem I have is that I have found dozens of threads on rooting the LG, but i'm not sure which one will work with LG's latest update to the Ally.

Any help would be great!
