Help how to show hidden options under the "Developer options" in android 4.2

Hello,

I am using an ALLVIEW X2 SOUL phone with android 4.2. I have developer options enabled but for some reason i only have two options in there:
- Select runtime
- USB debugging
I cannot see anything else.
What i have tried today is install one app called "Fake location" that i know requires "Mock locations" option enabled. When opening this app and enable it it gives me a message that it requires the "Mock locations" enabled and gives shows a button shortcut for dev options. Pressing that buton in the app taked me to the Developer options menu and i can see all options and not just the two mentioned above.

Going back in the phone options menu and clicking on the Developer Options menu again, takes me to the menu with the two options again.

What can i do to see all options? Will i have to use the fake location app every time i need to access the dev menu? I am afraid that if i enable mock locations the app will no longer prompt to take me to the dev options menu :)
Is there anything i can do? Or an app to use to take me to that menu and see all options?

Thank you.
Danut

Your device doesn't support showing all developer options so as you say, it's best to drop it, sorry
