How to take screenshots with the event(no root/app needed)

For those of you who are upgrading from gingerbread or froyo, Icecream sandwhich comes with a built in screenshot functionality.

It is very simple to do this and does not require an app or event root!

simply press the down volume and the power button at the same time and hold for 3 seconds.

Screenshots will be saved in a folder appropriately named screenshots

LOL! I had taken MANY screen shots of random stuff but never knew how I had done it. Thanks a lot. Now I can post tributes for my deceased furbaby on Facebook and capture things I really WANT to!
