how to turn off slideshow to send picture mms

didn't have problem till one day ago. tried to send a picture mms but won't go through. the picture comes up as slideshow so never goes through. how do you turn off slideshow?
can't send a picture but can send text

I just got a samsung 5 and the same thing has happened to me. it is driving me crazy. please if anyone knows how to turn this off, I can't send any pictures via text.
