How's the battery with jelly bean??

Different ROMs have people reporting anything from much worse to better than ICS. I'm running Pete's bugless beast and battery life seems to be about the same.

I only had stock (rooted) ICS for about 10 days before getting the JB update, but so far battery life seems about the same.

Mine's about the same, absolute shit. But then I'm totally nailing the battery being on it a lot and running the radios/GPS receivers like a madman :)

Battery life currently seems good to me. Granted, I'm having a quiet weekend but my stock battery has now been up for almost 2 days (1 day 20 hours 31 minutes), though only an hour and a half of screen use, and my battery is still at 31%

Lets face it battery life will be sh*t either way you slice it.

My phone's been unplugged for over 14 hours and my battery is at 68%, with Screen On time of 1:22 accounting for 54% of the usage. At this rate I could go another 28+ hours. I'd hardly call that sh*t.

I'm new to the Nexus and GSM, but in my brief time here in the Nexus forum it appears that wildly varying performance reports frequently come down to CDMA vs. GSM. So I find it surprising how often this information is left out when issues are raised.

Completely stock JB. GSM and I'd say my battery life's improved.

I used to get 2 hours of screen time on my ICS stock Nexus. Now, with stock Jelly Bean (rooted), I get 4-5 hours. It's literally doubled. Plus, it doesn't get incredibly hot anymore!
