Root HTC DESIRE 626s deleted download manager now can't use google play

I goofed and deleted a system app I didn't think I needed. I think it's called DownloadProvider, now I can't download for the most part. My one is the metro PcS HTC desire 626s

I looked for a rom to flash but HTC doesn't have the latest one online. Is there anything can do?

I can't upload that for and you upload the googleplayservice folder

I'm on a 626 right now. I'll see if I can send u link off of the app.
 
Sorry to bug but did you ever try to send it?

I found and copied a DownloadProvider andDownload0ProviderUI to my system apps but now it's giving a android process media fail issue.
