HTC Screen scrolls and screen corrupt.

Hi Members,

I have a HTC Wildfire for just over two years and as soon as the contract finished I got a problem. The problem is that the bottom of the screen is corrupt about 20% and the rest of the screen keeps on scrolling. If I try to click an option, for example settings the it selects another option as the settings option is not really where its displayed.

I tried to reset factory settings but that did not solve it. Also the screen starts scrolling as soon as the HTC logo appears with their great message.

Welcome aboard. Unfortunately, some devices will behave in this manner after a long period of usage. This is why they give us the opportunity of upgrading to a new device every 22 months or more. I really don't ever keep a phone for longer than 22 months because of problems like what you're experiencing.

Try doing another "reset" if this don't make things a little better, then if you have TEP insurance _ contact your carrier for steps on getting the device repaired or replaced.
