Just got the wife an HTC Sensation to replace the SE Arc---the arc has half of ram memory of the htc, so was always showing an unable to update triangle at top of screen.
While we are pleased with the phone generally, we are disappointed with the volume levels of ringtones and music. The Arc volume levels could awaken the dead, the htc is so quiet it would put them back to sleep,

Just put a volume booster on- to little effect. Also brushed the grilles with a soft toothbrush to remove ant crud---none there. May well let the owner have it back---to be able to hear a ringtone properly is one of the main requisites of a mobile phone.
Any ideas please ???
