Someone see in evo design Sense 4.1 ??

It's is highly unlikely anyone will develop a ROM for Sense 4.1, much less so that HTC will ever release a 4.1 update.

I have Sense 4.1 on the HTC One Sv and to be honest there isn't much difference.
