Help HTC Sync problem

Hello, can somebody help me, my phone didn't connect to pc, i have all drivers, have HTC Sync, but nothing happen, when i try to connect to pc. HELP :confused:
 
You need to enable USB debugging on your phone for it to show up on your laptop. Go to settings and developer options and find USB debugging and tick the box.
