HTC Wildfire Market not working!!!

I just reset my whole phone - due to it going completely mental and not working at all! So I re-added my google account when I went onto market. Now when I go to go onto market, it gets starts to load on the screen asking me to accept android market terms of service, and then after a long wait says 'an error had occured. Please try again later.' I can't get it to work damn it!!! Please help!!!
 
Are you sure you have working internet connection? And have you updated 'Android Market' to 'Google Play'?
