Help Huawei Ascend H866C SD Card Default?

Pootio

Lurker
I just received this phone, and am currently struggling with the built in memory on this device.

I purchased a 16GB SD Card for additional storage, but it is getting pretty annoying having to move each and every app to the SD Card when it is downloaded.

Is there any way to make the SD Card the Default selection?

I have tried through the System Settings, but it does not actually take effect. It still saves all downloads to the Internal Storage instead.

I see a lot of information about rooting the device, but I was hoping for a non-intrustive solution first, before taking any drastic measures.

Would anyone have any advice on how to resolve this?

I also have Apps 2 SD and Link2SD installed, but they don't really provide the ability to link the SD Card as Default (ergo, doesn't make a difference)

Any advice would be appreciated.
