I accidentally skipped work

And I feel so bad. I had been scheduled to work today on my calendar but I didn't show. I exceed my boss and called in note, but overall I feel bad because I'm suppose to be the reliable one who shows up on time all the time. Lucky I don't think I'm going to get a write up or get suspended.

I was having a good day, until I was reminded 40 minutes late that I had work. That's why I need Google glass, to be connected 24/7 and not like 18/7

I had it on my tablet, but I went to have lunch without my tablet, and the notification didn't get to me in time for me to remember to get ready for work. If I had Google Glass I would be connected to the internet all the time. Then things like this would not happen.

I cannot be late for work, no 1 can fill in for me as I am the only 1 there. I actually have a pretty responsible job. I need to be quite responsible for my work... and I LOVE my job!

You have got to ask yourself a few questions here quickly... take your time... think... and figure out good, clean and clever solutions as to why you were late.

1) Why did I not set an alarm?

2) Why don't I have or maybe use a cheap wrist watch to keep track of time just in case my Tablet is not around?

3) Why do I spend what seems to be a lot of time in the bath room?

4) Why can't I ask some one else for the time if I don't have a clock / watch on me?

These are just some random questions that come to my mind but you get the basic idea!

Haha I was eating lunch when I missed the notification to go to work. I'm heavily a schedule oriented person. That's why I say I am a machine to my device, because I plan out my week every Wednesday, because that's when the schedule comes in. When my tablet is not around I can't be a machine to my device and do what it tells me. Otherwise I would have made it to work. Goggle glass will be very helpful.

Oh, I save all my money. Rarely when I do spend it I spend it on something that I really want. Like a new computer
