I have no service what can i do

Im in dc and 4 day ago my g1 was working fine and then it just had no service i talk to tmobile and they told me i had to pay almost 400 dollas for another one please help

T-Mobile would only have told you that you need to pay almost full retail if you didn't have insurance and the phone is water damaged.

I don't have insurance and they replaced mine. There's a 1-year replacement policy(as long as you are not at fault).

tmobile was good at a point but now im thinking about going with someone else.i payed all that money for that phone and nothing...no help at all they know the phone has a one year on it so why not replace it they tell me that the store didnt put in the computer so i have to go to the store and have them pull something up and im like why do i have to do all of that when this is your phone but its all good im moving on to someone else...
