Help i need help please

Im working with a zte merit i have net10 service i want to switch to tmoble truely unlimited plan i had tmoble:( send me a new sim card but when i insert it says the sim card is locked through the provider what do i do to get it to work:confused::( sorry if i posted wrong

No worries about where you posted--I've moved you to what I hope is the right forum for you (ZTE AT&T Avail (ZTE Merit)) where the good folks here will hopefully be able to point you in the right direction.

I don't know where you live but in the States there is a new law that doesn't allow unlocking. There it's a guy on here that changed his to a Avail tho. He doesn't live in the US.
 
He's right and you need to contact your service provider itself and if they do not do it for you then it means that they want you to use their service and thats the reason why they do not unlock the phones.
