i need some help installing a rom on my phone

so i found out there is a froyo-toe i have it downloaded and everything. but idk how to get it up and working on my 2.1 huawei ascend, do i need to unzip the folder or leave it zipped up. and the steps from there to get it working on my phone. i have CWM 3.0.0.5 on my phone. so where do i go from there can you give me the steps to how to install it to my phone. in detail plz

Leave it zipped. Read Tokenpokes ultimate customization thread in the Huawei Ascend forum in the all things root subsection. It will tell you everything you need to know.

totally agree. if you don't overclock the processor on the ascend aka with cm7 then you're wasting your time with that phone. load cm7, and google how to overclock the processor within it. it's extremely easy. i'm convinced anyone that can ready can follow these instructions...
